Corporate Sustainability Management: Practices and Benefits

This systematic review article examines corporate sustainability practices and their benefits, analyzing 16 studies published since 2019. The objective is to understand how the implementation of sustainable practices impacts the financial performance, reputation, operational efficiency and organizational culture of companies. companies. An exhaustive search was conducted in academic databases, using inclusion and exclusion criteria to select relevant studies. Relevant data were extracted from each study and risk of bias was assessed using the ROBINS-I tool. The synthesis results showed a positive relationship between sustainability practices and financial performance, reputation, operational efficiency and organizational culture. The importance of corporate governance and stakeholder participation in sustainability management is highlighted.
