Management strategies as a key element for community social management in Ventanilla District, Callao

The purpose of this research was to present a Community Social Management Model for the Ventanilla, Callao district, applying fundamental administrative management strategies such as communication, motivation, participation, organization and planning in instances of the complexity of the social. In this sense, after analyzing several authors and research papers, participatory action research methods, participant observation, using data collection techniques were used: the Hanlon method, survey and interview, under the feasible project modality and with in order to promote the communication processes between the community and the researcher to achieve the participatory social diagnosis and thereby be able to achieve the necessary motivation among the residents of the Ventanilla district, this being a generating element of participation, so that the community has the necessary organization and thus to advance in developing the strategic lines and the necessary planning of all the activities oriented to design the Community Social Management Model. The results obtained allowed us to show that people living in the community require a management model that guides them to develop a social project. In short, it could be concluded that this model can have a positive impact on the Ventanilla district.
