This systematic review analyzes the impact of emerging technologies - Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and blockchain - on logistics management. The primary objective was to evaluate how these technologies are transforming operations, efficiency, and security in the supply chain. A systematic search was conducted in Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar databases, employing a predefined search strategy that included relevant keywords. Twenty studies meeting the inclusion criteria were identified, which addressed the application of these technologies in various logistics sectors. The results revealed that IoT enhances real-time visibility and tracking of goods, AI optimizes routes and predicts demand, and blockchain ensures transparency and security in transactions. Challenges such as infrastructure investment, resistance to change, and data security were identified. The review concludes that these technologies are having a transformative impact on logistics management, offering innovative solutions to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
