Abstract

The present investigation describes the characteristics that are assumed when complementing a business management under the ISO 9 001 standard. The methodology was consolidated with the search for reference concepts, considering as a base a strategic planning that governs any organization. The results obtained show the business and commercial benefits that the standard entails in reference to the impact on the economic and legal sector.
